His initial days
Mr.Matthew Roszak has served as CFO of Silk Road Equity for the first five years. He alone has successfully increased the capital and market value more than $135 million equity from very prominent investors such as Azure Capital, Foundation Capital and Intel Capital. Mr.Matthew Roszak also led acquisition and founding investment for InterAct911 which is not only funding its own growth but has also raised over $115 million of equity from some of the most popular and leading capital investors including Shea Ventures, Foundation Capital and Bay Partners. Mr. Matthew Roszak has also provided his services for Silk Road Realty Capital which is a rel estate investment and real estate management company.
Earlier Mr. Matthew Roszak has also served for Advent International in London as principal. Advent International is one of the most successful and world’s largest equity firms. Advent International has capital of $20 billion under its management. Mr.Matthew Roszak also worked for Keystone Capital Partners for five years. Keystone Capital Partners is a Chicago based private equity firm. Mr. Matthew Roszak spent his five years with 180 Connect. He was on the board of directors and was also chairman of audit and with corporate governance committee and chairman of compensation committes. Mr.Matthew Roszak is also beneficial director and owner of many companies which includes- Mission Mode, Pendulab, InterAct911, Barefoot Landing, Onramp Branding, Silk Road Reality Capital, Silk Road technology, TrueLook and SolidSpace. Mr.Matthew Roszak has done a bachelor’s degree in economics from a very well renowned college “Lake Forest College”.
